3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the work product created by GAYA TOUR LLC shall be transferred to the client upon full payment of all fees. Until such payment is made, all rights remain with GAYA TOUR LLC.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before commencing work, with the balance due upon project completion or according to agreed milestones.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Timely review and feedback on deliverables
• Payment of all fees as agreed
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Limitation of Liability

GAYA TOUR LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
